To track your order, open your order confirmation email and click the ‘Track Your Order’ button.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll also receive an email with your tracking details where you can follow its progress.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and public holidays). -
Sometimes our emails can end up in junk/spam folders so please double check there.
If you’re still unable to locate your order confirmation please reach out to us by using the form here. Please provide as many of the following details as possible:
- Your name
- Email address used to place the order
- Contact number
- Estimated date of placing the order
- The last four digits of the card number that was used to place the order

We’re sorry to hear that your order is showing as delivered but you haven’t received it.
Please double check the following on your tracking details:
- Has the delivery been rescheduled for a different day or time
- Has it been left in a safe place
- Has it been delivered to a neighbour
- Has it been delivered to a drop off location
If you’re still unable to locate your parcel after checking these details, please contact us here.

We use mostly USPS, but can accommodate a number of couriers, depending on the country for shipment.

We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

All deliveries shipping to the continental US, taxes and duties are included in the cost of shipping.
At this moment in time, for the countries below taxes and duties are not* included:
Bahrain, Canada, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Europe.
*We advise that you contact your local customs office to check whether any taxes or duties will be applied to receive your order.

Some countries may require you to provide additional information to our couriers to receive your order as it passes through customs.
We advise that you provide customs with this information as soon as possible to avoid it being returned back to us.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We recommend double checking the following if your payment was declined:
- That the card or payment method is still valid
- All of the your details are correct
- Your personal information matches the payment method that you are using e.g. billing address
Once you have checked this, if your payment has still declined we recommend reaching out to your bank as they may have a reason for stopping the payment and unfortunately we don’t receive any details on this.
Alternatively, your payment may be declined if it is suspected to be fraudulent by our system. -
If your payment failed and you were still charged it may be that your bank has taken a pending transaction. This will appear until the transaction is cleared and the money should bounce back to your account.
We recommend contacting your bank as they will have further visibility on your pending funds.
If you’re still having issues, please provide the following information so we can assist you further:
- Email address that was used for the attempted purchase
- Last four digits of the card used for the attempted purchase
- Order amount
- Time and date of the attempted order

Products

If your item has become stretched. One method that may help to tighten up your item, is to wash it on a 30-degree gentle cycle. If this doesn't help, it may help to try washing it at a slightly higher temperature.
Another method is to put the item in a tumble dryer on a low/medium setting for a few minutes. Continuously check on it while it's in the tumble dryer.
Please wash and dry your FFWL items responsibly if you try these methods.
If your item has become shrunk. One method that may help to resize it is to add two tablespoons of fabric softener to a container of warm water and let your item sit in the container for around 20-30 minutes.
After your item has sat for a while, gently roll out the water as you would do like a normal wash.
While the item is still damp, gently hand stretch it to your desired shape and leave it to dry on a towel flat.
Please wash and dry your FFWL items responsibly if you try this method.

You can also update your default shipping address by selecting ‘view addresses’ and either ‘add a new address’ or ‘edit’ to update your current one.
Please note that amending your addresses here will not change the address that your order is shipping to.
